how to join fbc

We are always eager to welcome new persons into our fellowship. At the close of each worship service, we sing a "hymn of invitation." This allows those who are interested to step forward and express a desire to join the church in one of these ways:

By public profession of faith in Jesus Christ and as a candidate for baptism
On promise of letter from another Baptist church where the individual made their public profession of faith and was baptized
By statement of a previous profession of faith and as a candidate for baptism. The individual made a public profession of faith in Jesus Christ but was never baptized into a church fellowship
On statement of faith and baptism when coming from another denomination that does not practice immersion baptism or when records may be lost. The individual made a profession of faith in a church of another denomination but was not baptized by immersion
